MAIN’s workforce mission
The conversation focused on helping Mississippians understand artificial intelligence and build skills they can apply in education, business and public service. MAIN’s work combines public awareness with training, resources and implementation support.
The statewide model gives learners and employers a shared path from basic AI literacy to hands-on use. MAIN works with colleges, universities, agencies and industry partners to connect course access with local workforce needs.
From awareness to practical training
Media conversations can introduce AI to audiences who may not see an immediate connection to their work. MAIN pairs that outreach with concrete next steps, including free courses, workshops and public resources.
