Claim CEUs for MAIN Courses
Mississippi K-12 educators can request CEUs for eligible MAIN courses through MGCCC. Check the requirements for your course, then submit the CEU request form by June 21, 2027.
- CEU request deadline
- June 21, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, for all eligible MAIN courses.
- Training window
- Free AI training is open now through June 30, 2027. FY27 means fiscal year 2027: July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027. You can enroll and start learning now; you do not need to wait until 2027.
- Processing time
- Verification and processing may take several weeks. If your license renews before June, complete your training and submit your CEU request well before your renewal date.
CEU requirements by course
The current MAIN course catalog lists available courses and their K-12 educator CEU amounts. Use the same CEU request form for all eligible MAIN courses through MGCCC, including Intel and CEU-eligible Industry AI Courses through Coursera. Select the course you completed in the form.
AI for Educators (K-12)
Derived from Intel curriculum.
Request 0.2 CEUs after each completed and verified module, up to 2.4 CEUs across all 12 modules.

Industry AI Courses through Coursera
Eligible K-12 educators may request the CEUs listed in the course catalog after successful full-course completion, not module by module.
To get course access:
- Complete the MGCCC registration steps.
- Wait for your registration confirmation email.
- Request Coursera access.
For access help and course-specific credit guidance, email MAIN with your course names. Course credentials are separate from CEUs; ChatGPT Foundations for Teachers does not award a Coursera credential.
Before you request credit
The form is for Mississippi K-12 educators requesting CEUs for any eligible MAIN course during the FY27 course window, July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027.
- Complete the course or Intel module(s) you are claiming and the required assessments; keep your completion documentation ready.
- Use the name and email associated with your training when possible.
- Submit your CEU request by June 21, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. CT. The CEU request deadline is earlier than the course end date.
Request CEUs for your MAIN course
FY27 on the form means July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027, the current training period. You can complete training and request CEUs now. Select your course in the form. MAIN and MGCCC verify completion and the required assessments, and processing may take several weeks.
