Legal information and what it covers
The Mississippi Artificial Intelligence Network (MAIN) publishes templates, guides, articles, and other materials as general information for public consideration.
Nothing on this site is advice of any kind. That includes legal, financial, medical, employment, technical, procurement, and compliance advice. Nothing here states what any organization is required to do.
Templates are starting points, not policies
MAIN AI policy and guidance templates are drafting aids. They are not model policies, not final policies, not mandatory, and not endorsed, approved, certified, or reviewed by any regulator, agency, board, or accrediting body.
Anyone who uses a template decides for themselves what applies, what does not, and what to change.
