The Mississippi Artificial Intelligence Network (MAIN) is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want all visitors to be able to find information, use our resources, and take part in our programs.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for web accessibility. As a statewide education and workforce initiative hosted by Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, we also work to align with Section 508 expectations for public-facing content.
What we are doing
- Using clear headings, descriptive links, and readable text throughout the site.
- Providing text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
- Designing pages to support keyboard navigation and screen readers.
- Reviewing new content and features for accessibility as the site grows.
Known limitations
We are always improving. Some older content, documents, or third-party tools embedded on our site may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. If you run into a barrier, please tell us so we can help and prioritize a fix.
